I have years of experience representing individuals who were seriously injured due to the negligence of others and I understand the challenges and struggles that you face.  Put simply, I’m an experienced trial lawyer who has represented injury victims throughout California and Texas in both state and federal courts.

I am recognized by other attorneys that I have worked with and against for my passion and diligence in representing people who have been the victim of injuries in car accidents, trucking accidents, catastrophic brain injury cases, slip and fall accidents, and in workplace injuries.

My greatest satisfaction comes from being able to use my knowledge and skills to help people when they need help the most.

I began my practice in Houston, Texas.  There I represented plaintiffs, or injury victims, in trucking accident cases, catastrophic spinal cord injury matters, and workplace injuries.  Immediately prior to opening my own office, I was part of a large defense firm’s trial team where I handled complex brain injury, product liability, and trucking accident matters on behalf of corporations, excess insurance carriers, and fortune 500 companies.

It is precisely this background and the insight it has given me that makes me uniquely qualified to evaluate and pursue these same matters on behalf of injury victims.

I live in Santa Clara County and I’m a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association, the Palo Alto Area Bar Association where I am the Director of the Trial Practice Forum and current Vice President.  I am also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice.
