It appears that now more issues have been uncovered, however, by federal investigators at another Johnson & Johnson plant.

The Lancaster, Pa., plant, which produces heartburn medications, was cited due to quality control problems and chaotic record keeping, along with complaints from customers that the medications were ineffective or not in their properly marked bottles.

While no recall has been issued, and no injuries have been reported, according to the Washington Post, inspectors found that the Lancaster plant “could not ensure that drugs produced there were up to standard.”

The Lancaster plant is the third Johnson & Johnson plant to be flagged by the F.D.A. this year.
